La situazione di dissesto si era generata all\u2019indomani della tempesta Vaia, ma \u00e8 stata pesantemente aggravata dalle ultime piogge autunnali. Il pendio dissestato, infatti, presenta un terreno che tende a trattenere molto l\u2019acqua; di conseguenza, il movimento franoso si \u00e8 rimesso in moto soprattutto con gli eventi meteo di novembre e ha costretto la Provincia ad attendere qualche giorno prima di far partire gli interventi, per consentire un minimo assestamento. La prima operazione \u00e8 consistita nella pulizia e nel taglio piante attorno alla zona del dissesto (molti alberi erano stati abbattuti ancora dal maltempo dell\u2019ottobre 2018). Subito dopo \u00e8 stata effettuata la riprofilatura del versante e la realizzazione di una strada provvisoria di accesso al cantiere. In questi giorni gli operai dell&#8217;impresa incaricata stanno mondando i cosiddetti \u201claser\u201d, strutture di ancoraggio dotate di tiranti.
