<\/a>AGORDO <\/b>I dipendenti Luxottica da oggi potranno scegliere di usare i propri istituti al posto della cassa integrazione. L\u2019accordo tra azienda e sindacati prevedeva che le maestranze potevano accedere al sito interno One Luxottica per effettuare la scelta. Questo pu\u00f2 avvenire da oggi. Accedendo con le proprie credenziali al sito, sulla sezione My Personal Desk tra le varie finestre basta cliccare \u201cModuli\u201d e poi \u201cCassa Integrazione: scelta copertura con istituti personali\u201d. Da li ogni dipendente potr\u00e0 scegliere quante ore impiegare nella copertura della cassa integrazione. Le ore saranno scalate nel seguente ordine: FIT, permessi retribuiti maturati al mese precedente, banca ore. Quindi, prima verranno prelevate ore dal Fondo Individuale Transitorio, subito dopo verranno utilizzati i permessi maturati e una volta terminati anche questi si andr\u00e0 ad incidere sulla banca delle ore. Il dipendente pu\u00f2 inoltre decidere di utilizzare i permessi che non sono ancora stati maturati barrando una casella specifica.
