I Finanzieri del Comando Provinciale Belluno hanno elevato <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">5 sanzioni amministrative<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">\u00a0nei confronti di altrettanti cittadini che, senza alcun giustificato motivo, venivano ritrovati a passeggiare o svolgere attivit\u00e0 sportiva individuale senza nulla curarsi delle disposizioni limitative vigenti. <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Pertanto, <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">dal 11 marzo scorso, <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">data di inizio degli specifici servizi,<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"> il totale delle pattuglie impiegate <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">su strada<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"> \u00e8 di 157, di cui 61 del Soccorso Alpino\/S.A.G.F.,<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"> mentre <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">i controlli<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"> nei confronti di persone fisiche ed esercizi commerciali <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">superano<\/span> <span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">complessivamente i 1200. <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Sempre dal 27 marzo, sono state <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">controllate 1 farmacia <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">ed<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"> 1 parafarmacia della provincia di Belluno<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">, per un <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">totale complessivo,<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"> alla data odierna, <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">di<\/span> <span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">24<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"> esercizi commerciali<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"> (farmacie\/parafarmacie)<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">.<a class=\"dt-pswp-item\" href=\"https:\/\/www.radiopiu.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/DSC_0461-scaled.jpg\" data-dt-img-description=\"\" data-large_image_width=\"2103\" data-large_image_height=\"2560\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-127191 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/www.radiopiu.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/DSC_0461-246x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"246\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.radiopiu.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/DSC_0461-246x300.jpg 246w, https:\/\/www.radiopiu.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/DSC_0461-841x1024.jpg 841w, https:\/\/www.radiopiu.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/DSC_0461-768x935.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.radiopiu.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/DSC_0461-1262x1536.jpg 1262w, https:\/\/www.radiopiu.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/DSC_0461-1683x2048.jpg 1683w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 246px) 100vw, 246px\" \/><\/a> In tale ambito sono state <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">sequestrate<\/span> <span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">5 <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><i>mascherine <\/i><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><i>protettive facciali<\/i><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"> in tessuto <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">ed \u00e8 stata<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"> accertata la messa in vendita di ulteriori 1.509 pezzi privi del marchio CE <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">e<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"> prodotti in assenza del previsto accreditamento <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">presso l\u2019Istituto Superiore di Sanit\u00e0<\/span>\u00a0<span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">inerente alla produzione di mascherine chirurgiche e dispositivi di protezione individuale (DPI) in deroga alle vigenti disposizioni<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">. <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Il<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"> produttore ed <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">il<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"> rivenditore sono stati segnalati alla Procura della Repubblica di Belluno <\/span>per<span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><i>\u00a0manovre speculative su merci<\/i><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"> \u2013<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">e <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">&#8211; <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><i>frode in commercio<\/i><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">.<\/span> <span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Con riferimento all\u2019acquisto di mascherine protettive,<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"> dispositivi di protezione individuale (DPI) e<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"> pr<\/span><em><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">esidi medico<\/span><\/em><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">-chirurgici (PMI), <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">si invitano tutti i compratori ed i rivenditori a verificare attentamente<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">, al momento dell\u2019acquisto, <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">il prodotto di cui ci si sta approvvigionando<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">, affinch\u00e9 nessuno approfitti della buona fede altrui in questa <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">situazione emergenziale dovuta alla <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><i>pandemia da COVID-19. <\/i><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Al riguardo <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">si rammenta che \u00e8 sempre a disposizione<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"> della collettivit\u00e0 <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">il numero di pubblica utilit\u00e0 \u201c<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><i>117<\/i><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">\u201d<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">, per eventuali segnalazioni di episodi di interesse per la Guardia di Finanza, in ragione delle peculiari funzioni di Polizia economico \u2013 finanziaria.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>BELLUNO Dal 27 marzo scorso, sono state impiegate su strada 30 pattuglie nell\u2019intero territorio provinciale, da sommare a 26 ulteriori pattuglie del Soccorso Alpino\/S.A.G.F. &#8211;
