Le idee della sovrintendente trovano oggi riscontro nella ripresa del cantiere. La bella pista ciclabile tra Alleghe e Caprile che era stata tirata come un &#8220;biliardo&#8221; con una asfalto gradevole per le ruote della bicicletta, le carrozzine e gli infradito in questi giorni viene di nuovo &#8220;graffiata&#8221; perch\u00e9 il colore nero stona con l&#8217;ambiente. Quanto \u00e8 costato quell&#8217;asfalto? Quanto cosa ora la nova operazione?
