Tra il 5 e il 24 novembre prossimi tutti i lavoratori potranno acquistare delle azioni. Gi\u00e0 nel 2019 era stato presentato questo piano con una buona adesione da parte delle maestranze. Un progetto previsto dal contratto integrativo e anche questa volta si potranno acquistare da un minimo di mezza azione ad massimo 4, Luxottica integrer\u00e0 regalando il doppio delle quote acquisite. Il valore dell\u2019investimento sar\u00e0 raddoppiato per effetto del contributo integrativo.\u00a0Cinque le opzioni d\u2019investimento corrispondendo un importo pari al valore di mezza, una, due, tre, quattro azioni comunque non superiore al 25% della retribuzione annuale 2020. Il dipendente potr\u00e0 decidere se pagare in una sola rata le azioni che decide di acquisire o se fare delle comode rate.
