Le maestranze, tramite il sito One Luxottica, sono chiamate a decidere se vogliono monetizzare il premio nella busta paga che riceveranno il 10 luglio oppure destinare tutto il premio o una parte in beni e servizi welfare con dei vantaggi non di poco conto. Infatti chi decide di destinare il premio in beni e servizi welfare, non solo il premio convertito non sar\u00e0 soggetto ad alcuna tassazione, ma quest\u2019anno l\u2019azienda aggiunger\u00e0 anche un eccezionale contributo del 30%, di cui il lavoratore potr\u00e0 usufruire gi\u00e0 a partire dal mese di giugno. Ad esempio, se il PDR \u00e8 di 1.000 Euro, convertendolo in Welfare si arriver\u00e0 a 1.300 Euro\u00a0facendo crescere cos\u00ec il potere d\u2019acquisto, anzich\u00e9 800 euro netti in busta paga. Per ogni dubbio in merito, l&#8217;azienda ha messo a disposizione degli infopoint in ogni stabilimento.
