La Corte Arbitrale ha stabilito che EssilorLuxottica ha la facolt\u00e0 di non portare a termine l\u2019operazione di acquisizione di GrandVision a causa dei gravi inadempimenti da parte di quest\u2019ultima degli obblighi assunti nei confronti di EssilorLuxottica.
