L\u2019attivit\u00e0 , in locali\u00a0 messi a disposizione della Diocesi, prese l\u2019avvio in Via Matteotti nel novembre 1976 e il primo statuto fu stilato e sottoscritto il 17 giugno 1977 presso il notaio Isidoro Chiarelli di Belluno. La sede successivamente si spost\u00f2 in altri locali, pi\u00f9 idonei all\u2019afflusso degli utenti, in Via Garibaldi ed in seguito nella sede attuale, ancora pi\u00f9 adeguata, di Via Flavio Ostilio n.6. Dal 1979 il Consultorio \u00e8 socio dell\u2019UCIPEM (Unione Consultori Italiani prematrimoniali e matrimoniali), associazione riconosciuta dalla C.E.I. Ha avuto il riconoscimento da parte della REGIONE VENETO che lo abilitava al servizio il 29.01.1980 dopo aver rilevato la presenza dei requisiti previsti dalla legge nazionale e dalle leggi regionali del Veneto.
