Nelle ultime settimane l&#8217;azienda ha incontrato le RSU segnalando una forte crescita dei volumi da produrre. Questo naturalmente chiede uno sforso in pi\u00f9 anche alle maestranze che a partire dal prossimo mese saranno chiamate a lavorare anche di sabato. Si tratta di un piano di flessibilit\u00e0 che inizier\u00e0 il 4 settembre e terminer\u00e0 il 25. In totale sono 3 i sabati di lavoro ma in sostanza saranno 2 quelli effettivi lavorati dagli operai. Non tutti i reparti per\u00f2 sono coinvolti in questi fine settimana. Stamperia iniettato, Finitura iniettato, Nastratura Iniettato, Stamperia metallo e CNC, Saldatura e Trattamenti Superficiali sono chiamati al lavoro nel solo turno mattina il 4 e 25 settembre mentre l&#8217;11 del mese la giornata sar\u00e0 a doppia turnazione. Taglio lenti e magazzino lavoreranno turno mattina il 4 e 11 settembre mentre la giornata a doppio turno verr\u00e0 effettuata sabato 25. L&#8217;unico reparto a lavorare solo sabato 25 settembre sar\u00e0 la finitura metallo, inclusi ricambi.
