Nome ormai noto quello del cittadino che ha acquistato casa e poi si \u00e8 visto disegnare la ciclabile nelle pertinenze dell\u2019abitazione. Ed \u00e8 iniziata la lunga saga di corsi e ricorsi. Unione Montana e Comune di Agordo incassano quindi una \u201cvittoria\u201d nella battaglia, ma prima che la \u201cguerra\u201d dei diritti si definitivamente conclusa ci vorr\u00e0 ancora tempo.
