Era incorso in un incidente stradale e al controllo con l&#8217;etilometro scattarono le conseguenze: sanzione e ritiro del documento di guida. Ci sono voluti 10 anni per tornare in possesso di quella patente, l&#8217;uomo infatti mai \u00e8 riuscito ad entrare in confidenza con il computer. A risolvere il problema ci ha pensato\u00a0 l&#8217;avvocato di fiducia Francesco De Bona, che ha impugnato con successo il provvedimento emesso dall&#8217;allora Prefetto. Il Corriere delle Alpi oggi entra nel merito della\u00a0 motivazione della sentenza favorevole: a distanza di tutto questo tempo, erano venute meno sia la funzione repressiva che quella di deterrenza della sanzione. Erano entrambe ormai prescritte.
