La prima edizione si disput\u00f2 nel luglio dello stesso anno come gara estiva, sebbene inizialmente fosse stata concepita come competizione invernale. L\u2019edizione invernale venne poi realizzata nel 1976. Ecco come nasce la TransCivetta, non estiva, ma invernale. A raccontarlo a Radio Pi\u00f9 l&#8217;organizzatore di allora con l&#8217;amico Giorgio Favretti.
