(presidente del cda Sofma), E.P. (legale rappresentante), T.D.B. (direzione lavori) e U.C. (legale rappresentante di una delle ditte che aveva lavorato all&#8217;impianto).Ben 27 i capi di imputazione contestati.\u00a0 Nell&#8217;Appello del 2001 rimase fermo il riconoscimento del danno subito dalla Provincia di\u00a0 650 mila euro, come da sentenza del Tribunale civile di Belluno del 2020.\u00a0 In queste settimane i soccombenti hanno fatto ricorso alla Corte Suprema di Cassazione.
