Aveva novant\u2019anni e questo importante traguardo lo aveva festeggiato assieme alle sue due figlie, i generi, le nipoti e i pronipoti. L\u2019estate scorsa aveva anche fatto visita alla sede Abm a Belluno e aveva trasmesso, come sempre, il suo grande amore per Bellunese e la famiglia. Originaria dell\u2019Alpago nel 1956 conobbe il suo futuro marito, anch\u2019egli dalla conca Alpagota, Giovanni Caneve. Una vita fatta di lavoro e grandi sacrifici, ma anche di amore verso la famiglia. Questo era il pensiero che accomunava Elsa e Giovanni: \u00abConsidero la famiglia come il simbolo del lavoro reciproco per la realizzazione personale d\u2019ognuno dei suoi membri. \u00c8 anche un luogo d\u2019amore e porto di pace, e deve rimanere la cellula prioritaria e privilegiata di ogni societ\u00e0 all\u2019avanguardia\u00bb. Assieme al marito fond\u00f2 la Famiglia Bellunese di Liegi e, fino a pochi anni fa, era sempre presente al \u201cpranzo del mese\u201d nella sede di propriet\u00e0.
