La sorpresa, infatti, consisteva nell&#8217;aver messo nel furgone un materasso dove fare sesso comodamente, rapporto che sarebbe stato consumato contro la volont\u00e0 della donna, che successivamente ha deciso di denunciarlo per violenza sessuale.Un uomo di 43 anni (difeso dall&#8217;avvocato Michele Beni di Treviso) \u00e8 a processo con l&#8217;accusa di aver abusato di una sua dipendente di qualche anno pi\u00f9 giovane (parte civile con l&#8217;avvocato Mauro Gasperin) con la quale aveva iniziato una relazione da qualche settimana. &#8230; Lei ha tentato di difendersi e di colpirlo ma senza riuscirci.
