Vrba sar\u00e0 l\u2019head coach dell\u2019Under 14 biancorossa e far\u00e0 da supporto a tutte le squadre giovanili alleghesi, dando un valido contributo al lavoro svolto dal coordinatore Paolo De Biasio e dal suo staff. Allenatore specializzato nell\u2019ambito giovanile, avendo seguito nelle precedenti esperienze squadre dall\u2019Under 7 all\u2019Under 20 del suo paese. In patria si dice che abbia le idee molto chiare sul lavoro da svolgere con i ragazzi, minuziosit\u00e0 nella cura dei dettagli, senza sottovalutare l\u2019aspetto tecnico-tattico della preparazione, venendogli riconosciuta anche una particolare attitudine nell\u2019educare i giovani.
