Questo impedisce loro di esercitare il diritto\/dovere di informare sancito dall&#8217;articolo 21 della Costituzione. Le societ\u00e0 sono interamente partecipate dai Comuni, rendendole di fatto societ\u00e0 di interesse pubblico. Nonostante le precedenti sollecitazioni di Assostampa, le convocazioni alle assemblee continuano a non essere inviate ai giornalisti da diversi anni. Assostampa Belluno e il Sindacato Giornalisti del Veneto considerano inaccettabile questo comportamento, ribadendo che tali societ\u00e0 sono di tutti i cittadini e sottolineando il diritto\/dovere di cronaca.
