Un&#8217;esperienza senza dubbio nuova e arricchente&#8221;.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>FALCADE<\/strong> Oggi, nel laboratorio di enogastronomia di Falcade, si \u00e8 svolto un corso di intaglio con metodo thailandese tenuto da Daniele Selle, medaglia di bronzo alle Olimpiadi di cucina di Stoccarda. Gli studenti delle classi 4e e 5e hanno avuto l&#8217;opportunit\u00e0 di imparare questa tecnica sotto la guida del maestro, ex allievo dell&#8217;istituto, sperimentando l&#8217;intaglio di ortaggi e frutta. L&#8217;esperienza \u00e8 stata particolarmente interessante per gli studenti dell&#8217;indirizzo enogastronomico, che si sono cimentati con successo nell&#8217;intaglio e nella decorazione,
