VENEZIA<\/strong> La Procura ha inviato un avviso di garanzia al 24enne residente a Belluno, accusato di detenere immagini pornografiche con minorenni sul suo telefono. Difeso dall’avvocato Alvise Antinucci, il giovane potrebbe affrontare un processo con il rito ordinario, rischiando fino a tre anni di reclusione e una multa di almeno 1549 euro. Le indagini, condotte dalla Polizia postale di Belluno su delega della Procura veneziana, sono partite da una denuncia querela presentata localmente. Sequestrati dispositivi elettronici durante una perquisizione domiciliare, ora si attender\u00e0 la quantificazione esatta del materiale sequestrato e la possibile implicazione di altre persone.<\/p>\n
