PUBBLICHIAMO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Prendo lo spunto dalla recente chiusura della Caserma dei Carabinieri \u00a0di Gosaldo per esporre alcune mie considerazioni. Ricordo che parecchi anni fa ( non ricordo precisamente quando) era stato presentato un disegno di legge inerente una riforma globale dell\u2019Arma. ( ne avevamo parlato e discusso anche a Radio Pi\u00f9). La riforma prevedeva una drastica riduzione delle Stazioni sparse sul territorio che in quel periodo erano circa 4.500. Stazioni prevalentemente ospitate in fabbricati privati con canoni piuttosto elevati. Per quanto riguarda l\u2019Agordino venivano soppresse le Stazioni di Falcade \u2013 Cencenighe Agordino \u2013 Gosaldo \u2013 Caprile e Livinallongo. Veniva istituita una Tenenza ad Agordo nella quale confluivano tutti i militari di dette Stazioni ( che operavano in situazioni difficili a causa della mancanza di personale ). A detto Comando sarebbero state assegnate autovetture veloci \u00a0in grado di raggiungere anche i Comuni pi\u00f9 lontani in pochi minuti. A detta dei promotori dell\u2019iniziativa questa operazione ( valida per tutto il territorio Italiano) avrebbe prodotto un miglior impiego del personale e un risparmio di parecchi miliardi. Il progetto non venne attuato per la forte resistenza da parte degli alti Comandi dell\u2019Arma. Ricordo la frase di un giornalista che seguiva il progetto che scriveva \u201c Al Comandante dell\u2019Arma dei Carabinieri l\u2019efficienza del personale passa in secondo piano, \u00a0e potr\u00e0 per\u00f2 dire con orgoglio \u00a0\u201cComando 4500 Caserme sul territorio Italiano\u201d Ora ,pur \u00a0non conoscendo i motivi della chiusura della Caserma di Gosaldo, sono convinto che la stessa abbia sempre avuto problemi di personale come tutte le piccole Stazioni . In merito a quanto sopra sono convinto che le riforme a volte servono e dovrebbero essere attuate senza se e senza ma ( anche se sono il pi\u00f9 delle volte contrastate per motivi campanilistici ) Cos\u00ec \u00e8 stato anche per l\u2019Unione dei Comuni dove la maggior parte dei cittadini hanno votato contro nei referendum ( vedi Falcade e Canale). Tra l\u2019altro dove l\u2019Unione \u00e8 stata attuata ne \u00e8 stato tratto un beneficio sia dal lato economico ( contributi ecc.) che dal lato operativo e di efficienza.
