La realizzazione inizi\u00f2 appena prima della Grande Guerra, ma l&#8217;ultimo tratto (almeno per quel che riguarda il territorio di La Valle Agordina) venne eseguito nel 1927. Il luogo \u00e8 esattamente quello in cui si \u00e8 verificata la grande colata detritica la scorsa settimana, il 1 luglio 2024. Evento che ha portato alla chiusura della strada (attuale SP347) con stimati circa 5000 mc di detrito in strada e 20000 mc totali. Era anche allora una strada che attraversava un grande conoide detritico in continuo movimento come lo \u00e8 tutt&#8217;ora.
