Nei giardini di piazzale Vittime delle Foibe, il vice sindaco Paolo Gamba e l\u2019assessore Raffaele Addamiano hanno elogiato l\u2019impegno comunale, il contributo degli Artiglieri e la maestria dei restauratori. L\u2019evento ha celebrato l\u2019importanza storica e artistica del manufatto realizzato nel 1993 da Massimo Facchin.
