Lo acquist\u00f2 nel 1969 e lo riapr\u00ec nel 1970 con una grande festa, valorizzando le tradizioni della moglie Liliana, legate alla locanda Alla Corona al passo di Croce d\u2019Aune. Il locale, risalente al 1730, ha attraversato secoli di storia, ospitando personaggi illustri come il generale napoleonico de Beaurneu, Radetsky e Vittorio Emanuele III, che vi apprese la notizia dell\u2019armistizio del 1918. De Zordi si distinse introducendo piatti antichi e dimenticati della tradizione montana, conquistando riconoscimenti come l\u2019Ala d\u2019oro e il Fogher d\u2019oro. Il suo approccio innovativo attir\u00f2 clienti anche da fuori provincia. Dopo aver lasciato la gestione nel 2006, rimane una figura centrale nella valorizzazione della cucina e cultura bellunese. L\u2019ultimo saluto sar\u00e0 celebrato a Feltre, lasciando un\u2019eredit\u00e0 importante nella ristorazione e nella memoria locale.
