Delfin, che controlla EssilorLuxottica e altre partecipazioni importanti come Generali e Mediobanca, era entrata in Mps a novembre acquistando il 3,5% dal Tesoro. L&#8217;operazione \u00e8 stata effettuata tramite strumenti di &#8220;share forward&#8221; e &#8220;collar share forward&#8221;, ma Delfin non ha commentato. Nel frattempo, il gruppo francese Bpce detiene una partecipazione aggregata del 6,398% in Mps, con diverse modalit\u00e0 di strumenti finanziari.
