L\u2019uomo avrebbe perseguitato l\u2019ex moglie, diffondendo voci sulla sua presunta infedelt\u00e0 e minacciando i suoi genitori. La Procura aveva chiesto un anno di reclusione, sostenendo che la donna avesse perseguitato l\u2019ex con scenate di gelosia, minacce e persino violenza. La difesa ha dimostrato che mancavano le condizioni tipiche dello stalking.
