<\/a>VENEZIA<\/strong> La Regione Veneto ha chiarito il ruolo delle Guardie Ecologiche Volontarie (Gev), riconoscendole come guardie giurate con poteri di controllo e sanzione. Esse operano esclusivamente per l\u2019ente richiedente e non sono assimilabili a gruppi di volontariato. Le Gev acquisiscono le loro competenze attraverso un corso e un esame specifico. I loro compiti riguardano il controllo sull\u2019abbandono dei rifiuti, la raccolta regolamentata di funghi, tartufi e flora protetta, oltre alla vigilanza in ambiti silvo-pastorali. Non hanno competenze sulla fauna omeoterma o ittica. La consigliera regionale della Lega, Silvia Cestaro, ha ribadito questi punti dopo l\u2019approvazione del progetto di legge n. 256 in I Commissione.<\/p>\n
