Oltre al problema economico, i dipendenti denunciano turni pesanti e carenza di organico. Molti operatori socio-sanitari sono costretti a gestire pi\u00f9 nuclei del previsto, e la situazione sta spingendo alcuni a lasciare il lavoro. Anche il personale delle pulizie resta escluso da questo beneficio.
