La pena \u00e8 andata oltre la richiesta del pubblico ministero Giuseppe Gulli, fermo a 9 mesi. Determinanti i precedenti dell\u2019imputato e la refurtiva trovata nella sua stanza: piccoli e grandi elettrodomestici sottratti dall\u2019appartamento. La vicenda, risalente al 2021, \u00e8 sfociata nella querela della donna che si \u00e8 sentita tradita. Possibile l\u2019appello, anche se una riforma della sentenza appare difficile.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p data-start=\"90\" data-end=\"155\"><strong data-start=\"90\" data-end=\"153\">PROCESSO PER STALKING DOPO L\u2019ASSOLUZIONE PER MALTRATTAMENTI<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p data-start=\"157\" data-end=\"372\"><strong>BELLUNO<\/strong> Un uomo camerunense, gi\u00e0 assolto dall\u2019accusa di maltrattamenti in famiglia, \u00e8 ora a processo per stalking nei confronti dell\u2019ex moglie italiana, costituitasi parte civile con l\u2019avvocata Giulia Mazzarolo. Secondo l\u2019accusa, tra ottobre 2023 e febbraio 2024 la donna sarebbe stata vittima di appostamenti, inseguimenti e centinaia di messaggi molesti, alcuni dal contenuto denigratorio. Ha riferito di aver sofferto crisi di panico e di essersi sottoposta a cure mediche. Il procedimento, seguito dal pm Giuseppe Gulli, \u00e8 stato rinviato all\u20198 gennaio 2026 per l\u2019udienza filtro.
