Gi\u00e0 a meno un metro era evidente l\u2019accumulo di sedimenti portati dai torrenti, che riduce la profondit\u00e0 e favorisce la crescita di vegetazione lacustre. Con un decreto interministeriale del 9 maggio 2025, il Comune di Alleghe ha ottenuto 7,5 milioni di euro per la rimozione del materiale dal fondale, cos\u00ec da ridurre il rischio di esondazioni durante le piene. I lavori, affidati con il supporto di Veneto Acque, dovranno iniziare entro il 2026 e concludersi entro il 2030, ma l\u2019amministrazione punta a chiuderli gi\u00e0 nel 2029. L\u2019intervento completer\u00e0 il progetto di asporto di 500 mila metri cubi di materiale litoide, di cui 200 mila gi\u00e0 rimossi con i fondi dell\u2019emergenza Vaia. Veneto Acque, che ha gi\u00e0 curato la sistemazione del Cordevole, la pulizia post-alluvione del lago e il nuovo canale scolmatore, sar\u00e0 nuovamente partner tecnico del Comune.
