La notizia ha suscitato forte preoccupazione tra cittadini e amministratori. Il sindaco di Danta, Thomas Menia Corbanese, e Luca Frescura parlano di patti non rispettati e annunciano possibili iniziative politiche e di protesta. Il sindaco di Santo Stefano, Alfredo Comis, chiede invece aperture notturne durante le Olimpiadi e limitazioni ai mezzi pesanti anche sulla statale Carnica. Il Ministero conferma la data di fine lavori ma apre a possibili alleggerimenti della viabilit\u00e0 e annuncia la sospensione del cantiere dal 19 dicembre al 6 gennaio.
