Il Comune di Belluno si oppone alla richiesta di archiviazione del caso della falsa epigrafe con il volto del sindaco Oscar De Pellegrin, affissa lo scorso agosto nelle bacheche di Baldenich, Nogar\u00e8 e Cavarzano. Il necrologio, realizzato da un 74enne bellunese, voleva denunciare la \u201cmorte\u201d dell\u2019ex area Agip ma ha suscitato forte sdegno. La Procura ha chiesto l\u2019archiviazione ritenendo il gesto satirico, ma l\u2019amministrazione comunale non \u00e8 d\u2019accordo e ha incaricato l\u2019avvocato civico di proseguire l\u2019azione legale. L\u2019udienza \u00e8 prevista la prossima settimana.<\/p>\n
