Giornata giudiziaria tra furti e reati contro la fauna nel Bellunese.
Ad Agordo \u00e8 a processo un giovane di 23 anni, residente a Taibon, accusato di una serie di furti e tentati colpi tra abitazioni, garage e attivit\u00e0 commerciali dell\u2019Agordino, avvenuti tra ottobre e novembre 2022. Secondo l\u2019accusa avrebbe agito forzando porte e finestre, portando via motocicli, zaini e attrezzature, colpendo anche la Pizzeria Agordina, la Carimmo e alcune abitazioni private. L\u2019udienza \u00e8 stata rinviata al 20 ottobre per ascoltare i testimoni.<\/p>\n
A Limana invece la Procura ha chiesto sei mesi di reclusione e 1.500 euro di multa per un 52enne accusato di aver ucciso un lupo con una trappola illegale nella zona di Valmorel. Le indagini si basano su DNA e fototrappole, mentre la difesa nega ogni responsabilit\u00e0. Sentenza attesa l\u20198 aprile.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
