Il fondo in questo contesto si occuper\u00e0 di distribuire nel modo pi\u00f9 possibile equo donazioni libere, non pubbliche. Il danno dichiarato dall&#8217;utente servir\u00e0 solo come parametro per cogliere &#8211; insieme a quello socio economico e allo stato di famiglia &#8211; la situazione di fragilit\u00e0 della persona e del nucleo richiedente.
