E DA AGORDO L’ORDINANZA DI CHISSALE’ PER I PROPRIETARI<\/h2>\n

\"\"<\/a>AGORDO<\/strong> Il Sindaco Roberto Chissal\u00e8, nella veste di Soggetto Attuatore per il settore rilievo e opere agricolo-forstale, ha emanato l’Ordinanza\u00a0 con la quale impone a tutti i proprietari, o altri aventi titolo, di aree boschive soggette a schianti, in\u00a0Localit\u00e0 \u201cLarion \u2013 Baster\u201d di provvedere,,entro e non oltre il 31 luglio 2019 al\u2019asportazione del legname e dei residui vegetali nelle aree percorse da schianti.\u201d<\/p>\n

In caso di inosservanza\u00a0 nel termine previsto il sindaco quale soggetto attuatore provveder\u00e0 in via sostitutiva all\u2019esbosco forzoso della aree interessate dagli schianti senza che al proprietario spetti alcun riconoscimento economico<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
